We will have doelings for sale in the Kiko auctions at the conferences listed below. Come visit with us at them and see our goats. All conferences provide free classroom type seminars applicable to many area's of goat raising and health. These seminars are a great place to ask questions and get lots of answers so be sure to bring your questions with you. Arrive early in the morning and you may find free coffee and donuts. A lot of good work by the different Kiko goat associations is done to provide a free place to gain knowledge about Kiko goats, meet other goat people and enjoy a goat featured lunch. Be sure to go by the registration table to pick up a conference catalog that has a schedule of events and a list of all Kiko goats that will be in the sale. It is an invaluable tool for determining what seminars are being held and when. It also lists all goats for sale in the auction by lot number and identifies the seller (consignor). This gives you the opportunity to talk to them before the auction and ask any questions about their goat that you may have. We look forward to seeing you there.

This video is intended to give new goat owners a view of the desired delivery of a baby goat. The kid exits the doeling with front feet forward and the head laying above the feet. This is a near perfect birthing. The doe was in little stress and exhibits good mothering traits by getting her kids cleaned after delivery. She went on to encourage them stand and to nurse. This video may be considered graphic by some therefore viewer discretion is advised when children will be watching.
